3. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. 5. Return of Goods

7. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. For food supplements, if the seal has been broken, we may not accept returns unless the product is defective.
